I would like to see an option to create two kinds of .bat files, one to reverse the actions of the renamer, and one to duplicate the actions with an identical set of files, without the need to download Rename it.

The planed new command-line interface will propose renaming using a set of filters you saved. Now when there are failures it can rollback the changes (at least on Vista or never). Would this help?
