I'd like to rename a group of files that are of the format "First Last.jpg" to "Last First.jpg"
How is this done using Rename-It?

You can use Search&Replace:
Search: (.*) (.*)
Replace: \2 \1
Use: Reg exp
Search: (.*) (.*)
Replace: \2 \1
Use: Reg exp
